The 1999 Lok Sabha (Parliament) election in Bihar was held to elect Members of Parliament (MPs) from 54 parliamentary constituencies in the state. Bharatiya Janata Party emerged as the leading party, winning 23 seats. Janata Dal (United) came second with 18 seats.
